Resha Taylor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, enjoys serving adults and older adolescents with a variety of emotional and behavior health needs. She welcomes work with diverse individuals with a range of backgrounds. Resha is optimistic and cheerful and is committed to providing a relaxed and inviting therapeutic environment for clients. She has an array of experience working with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Panic, Aggression, Grief, Trauma, PTSD, Impulse Control, Relational Conflicts and Phase of Life Problems. Resha’s therapeutic approach is strength-based and client centered using treatment interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Training, Psycho-Education, Supportive Reflection, Solution Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

Resha earned her Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Louisville and her Bachelor of Social Work from Western Kentucky University. She also has an Associates degree in Human Services. Resha’s educational studies have prepared her for her role in promoting social progress and wellbeing and providing psychotherapy, counseling, and talk therapy to clients.

in improving their wellbeing. She has worked in school, outpatient, community and residential settings. Resha believes good, healthy therapy includes viewing a person as greater than their problem, believing a person has the capacity for change and nurturing the therapeutic relationship with positive regard. She enjoys making clients feel safe by engaging in nonjudgmental communication and interactions; as well as being open-minded, empathetic, self-aware and compassionate.
