Psychological assessments can vary widely. At Viewpoint Psychological Services, we'll work with you to tailor an evaluation that addresses your specific needs and questions. During our initial meeting, we'll conduct a thorough clinical interview to understand your concerns, gather relevant information, and develop a personalized assessment plan. The more specific you can be about your goals, the better we can tailor the evaluation to your needs.
Viewpoint is pleased to offer a wide variety of comprehensive testing options including:
  • Learning disorders (ages 6 and up)
  • ADHD (ages 5 and up)
  • Autism (ages 6 and up)
  • Personality disorders
  • Mood problems​

Includes a diagnostic interview, testing (typically 2-4 hours), and feedback

Provides extensive documentation (including diagnosis and recommendations) used to qualify for/inform academic or work-based accommodations (i.e., Individualized Education Plans [IEPs], 504 Plans, Individualized Learning Plans [ILPs], ACT/SAT) and medical/psychological care

  • Call our office (859-442-8439) for a current pricing estimate based on the anticipated service needed. Exact cost is dependent on the materials that will be required, and test selection is tailored to the individual’s needs.
  • Insurance companies limit the amount of time we are able to spend on testing, or do not cover certain tests and require "medical necessity". This limits the quality of care and testing we are able to perform. For that reason, we do not work with insurance companies for testing sessions. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care for you/your child; therefore we will not perform less than adequate testing as a result of insurance company’s restrictions. Initial interviews and feedback sessions may be able to be billed through insurance (depending on the specific provider’s coverage).
