Becca Broerman is a Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) in the state of Kentucky. She enjoys working with adult clients of various backgrounds and presenting concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and relational issues. Becca uses evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients improve their mental health and develop the skills and tools they need to make lasting changes in their lives. She utilizes a collaborative approach to therapy, and she enjoys working together with the client to set meaningful goals and select the treatment strategies that will best meet the client’s needs and preferences.
Becca earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from DePauw University. She received her MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton and MS in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM). |
Becca gained experience providing psychological assessment and therapy services at the USM Psychology Clinic, where she utilized evidence-based treatments for clients with various presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, and personality disorders.
As a Licensed Psychological Associate, Becca has provided individual and group therapy to adults from various backgrounds who struggle with mental health and/or substance use disorders across correctional, residential, and outpatient settings. At Viewpoint, Becca works under the supervision of Jennifer Ossege, Psy.D., a clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor in Kentucky. |
