Ready to get started?Prefer Not to Call? You're Not Alone. We get it—making a phone call can feel like a lot. That’s why we offer a completely phone-free way to get started with therapy.
✔️ Fill out our online registration form ✔️ We'll follow up by email or text (whichever you prefer) ✔️ No phone call required to get scheduled Our goal is to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible. Whether you're reaching out for the first time or returning after some time away, we’ll walk you through every step--no phone conversations needed. Just take the first step, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll recommend a provider who aligns well with your needs and preferences.
All of our therapists are licensed to practice in Kentucky, and many are also licensed in Ohio, Florida, and/or across the 42 states that participate in PSYPACT. If you reside outside of Kentucky, please let our Intake Coordinator know so we can match you with a clinician who is authorized to provide care in your location. NOTE: Most of our providers accept most commercial insurances, however we are NOT Medicaid providers.
If you prefer to talk to a person, call our dedicated Intake Coordinator if you are a New Client wanting to schedule for the first time; All others should call our Main office number to reach a member of our support team:
