  • Efficient:  no travel time is necessary to/from the session.
  • Reduced Cost: you save money on travel expenses (and child care expenses in some cases), and most insurance companies cover online sessions the same as they would an in-office session. ​
  • Private: you don't need to leave your home to have your therapy sessions--you can't get more private than that!

You can access your telehealth session using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Once you are in a private space (which is important for confidentiality), simply click on your therapist's telehealth link at the time of your appointment. You will then enter a private, virtual waiting room. Your therapist will begin your session at the time of your scheduled appointment.​
