FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
Patients may choose to use health insurance or pay privately for therapy services. Most therapy appointments are covered under the accepted insurance plans. At Viewpoint Psychological Services, most of our clinicians are in-network providers of most insurance companies through employers such as Anthem, United Health Care (United Behavioral Health), Humana (Lifesych), CHA, Healthspan, United Medical Resources, Alliance Behavioral Care, Value Options, Tricare, Trihealth, Great West, Multiplan, PHCS, etc.
Note: We do not accept Coventry Care, or Medicaid insurance. Patients with this insurance will need to pay privately for services.
Whether a specific clinician is on a particular insurance panel varies by provider. Not all therapist are on all panels, some are private pay only. Please call us or fill out an intake inquiry form online so we can verify your particular insurance benefits and match you with a clinician based on your needs.
Patients are responsible to make the appropriate payments or co-payments at the time of service and are responsible for any deductible required by the insurance plan. It is the patient’s responsibility to monitor insurance benefits, and to notify us of any changes in your insurance before the next scheduled appointment (otherwise, if not covered the patient is responsible to pay the full fee).
