We designed a FREE 10 day email series for adults with ADHD. This email series consists of tips and strategies to help with everyday issues commonly faced by adults (and teens) with ADHD. It is written by Dr. Hannah McGee and Dr. Jennifer Ossege, psychologists who regularly work with teens and adults with ADHD. We have compiled a wealth of information that can be helpful in managing your ADHD symptoms.
